Thanks for interest in my commissions! Just a quick note: I’m currently busy with work, so my drawing speed is a bit slower. I’ll keep the wait under two months , but if it exceeds three months, I’m happy to offer a 100% refund.
Please feel free to let me know your ideal deadline—I will try to accommodate it, but this is not a guaranteed commitment.
1Year Commercial usage free
- All commissions include 1-year commercial rights. Extensions or extra fees apply after 1 year.
- Doodle commercial use costs 1.5–3× normal price.
- Not for commercial companies, groups, or organizations.
- Copyright not sold; usage rights non-transferable (except gifted to public figures).
- Unlimited online & member downloads; max 200 uses for physical/digital merchandise.
- Credit the artist for commercial use.
- Client/recipient ==must notify usage= purpose, time, place, quantity in advance.
- Late notice may require extra fees or revoke rights.
- Contact for unclear cases. Artist reserves final decision.

I understand that clients may use edited images or AI-generated images for reference. However, when placing an order, you must agree to remove and discontinue the use of any disputed images.

You'll pay for a lower piece with no refunds, revisions, modifications changes, or updates after confirmation.

The outfit and hair style designs of the characters might be simplified or modified according to the artist's preferences.
If you prefer minimal changes, please specify essential elements before ordering (some simplifications are inevitable).

感謝關注我的委託！先簡單說明一下：因為我最近工作比較忙，所以繪畫速度會稍慢。我會盡量把等待時間控制在兩個月內，但如果最終超出三個月，我樂意提供100%退款。
也請直接告知理想截稿日，我會盡量安排(非承諾)。
所有委託可商用一年
- 所有委託包含一年商用權，超過一年可申請續約或補差價。
- 塗鴉商用視情況 x1.5-3。
- 不包括但不限於商業公司,團體或機構。
- 版權非買斷，使用權不可轉讓（公眾人物受贈除外）。
- 網路使用及會員下載不限次數，實體與虛擬商品限200次使用。
- 商用請標明繪師。
- 儘管商用權開放，但繪師仍有必要了解及跟進自己的作品，如何及在哪裡有沒有被胡亂使用。所以麻煩委託/受贈人須提前告知使用目的、時間、地點、數量等資訊。
- 未提前告知可能需補收費用或收回使用權。

包括一定次數的進度匯報及調整，成品精細度會與一般委託不同。

因本方案只接受簡單構圖及直接完稿，故此收費較低。
直接完稿為，下單後不設退款、修改、也不會有更新進度。
畫師僅接收角色設定稿及簡單許願(許願太複雜可能會婉拒)。
人物的服裝髮型可能會被簡化或者按畫者喜好修改。
如果你不喜歡設計改變，請下單前提出必須保留 (不過有些情況下簡化是無可避免)。

Doodle
A doodle is a rough sketch completed within approximately one hour.
It may include loose lines, rough edges, color overflow, perspective issues, and varying levels of detail.
The example on the left represents the minimum completion standard.

Terms of Service
Commission Process
Initial Discussion: Provide project details, including:
Theme, character details, additional requirements, and dimensions.
Target deadline, purpose, and usage (commercial or non-commercial).
Quote & Confirmation: Assess feasibility and provide a quote.
Deposit: After confirming details and price, 100% payment is required for scheduling (except illustrations).
Draft Approval: For applicable projects (excluding surprise packages), 1-3 rounds of draft reviews are offered.
Final Delivery: Once completed, a download link for the final work will be provided.
Copyright & Usage Rights
Clients only hold usage rights within agreed scope.
The artist may use progress shots, final works, and the creation process for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise before payment.
VTuber, OC, and FanArt 's original copyright remain under the ownership of their respective copyright holders.
Full copyright buyout or commercial usage requires additional negotiation and fees.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, projects by companies or organizations, direct or indirect profit, such as physical merchandise or paid content. (Please inquire for clarification if unsure.)
Usage Restrictions
No illegal or unethical uses.
Non-commercial works can’t be sold.
It must not be used for any time, location, purpose, or intent outside the scope of the agreement.
Credit
Except for commercial use, The client is not obligated to credit the artist (but appreciated).
Refunds
No refunds unless artist cannot deliver.

委託流程
初步溝通：請按委託項目提供委託需求，包括但不限於：
作品主題、角色資料、額外要求及尺寸。
目標截稿日期、使用目標及用途（商業或非商業）。
報價與確認：根據需求評估是否合適及報價。
預付款：確認內容價格後，除插畫外需支付100%排程。
草稿確認：除驚喜包外，部份項目提供1-3次草稿確認。
成品交付：完成最終繪圖後，提供下載網址交付成品。
版權與使用權
委託人只擁有特定範圍內的使用權。
進度截圖、完成品及作畫過程一律默認許可畫師於各種平台以宣傳為目的使用，如不許可請付款前提出。
vtuber及OC及二創作品由造型版權持有者繼續持有屬於原作者部份的版權。
若需買斷版權或授權商業使用，需另行商議並支付費用。
商業使用包括及不限於：企業或團體委託者、直接或間接換成金錢，如：實體販售、消費禮。(不明確情況請查詢)
用途限制
委託作品不得用於任何違法或不道德的用途。
非商業用途作品不得用於盈利或轉售。
不得用於協議外的時間地點，用途及目的。
署名義務
除了商業使用，一般無署名義務(如果署名會很感激)，但委託人於公開發佈時不得自稱為畫者。
退款
除因乙方問題無法提交完成品，否則不接受退款。
