Surprise me

Standard

✦ A standard plan tailored to client requests, including 1-3 draft revisions.

Additional character (each)

Separate Layer

✦ Fee for providing the artwork in a layered format (e.g., PSD) with separated BG, characters and effect (If any).**The background that is obstructed by the foreground character won't be fully painted.

1 Year Commercial Rights

✦ Commercial rights allowing the commissioned artwork to be used for commercial purposes for one year.(From the delivery date of the artwork.)

Commercial Rights

✦ Permanent commercial rights allowing the artwork to be used for commercial purposes without time restrictions.When purchasing commercial rights for an artwork, the client can use the piece within the agreed scope, including but not limited to:- Selling physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, keychains), digital content (e.g., stickers, wallpapers), advertisements, promotional materials for events, etc.- Redistribution, resale of the copyright, sublicensing, or using the artwork for illegal or unethical purposes without prior agreement.Additionally, if agreed upon, the artist can still retain the right to sell the artwork in other forms, such as limited edition prints or including it in an artbook, provided this does not directly compete with the client’s commercial use.

NDA Required (Privacy Fee)

✦ Fee for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the commissioned work and details are kept private and not publicly shared.

Exclusive Publishing Rights

✦ The client exclusively holds the rights to publish and distribute the artwork, while the artist retains the copyright.
Even if the artwork's copyright is fully bought out, the artist may still include the piece in their personal portfolio. This is a common practice in the industry as portfolios are for showcasing the artist's skills and do not involve commercial use or resale. If the client requests complete confidentiality, it must be agreed upon in advance, often with an NDA and a privacy fee.

Collection

Banner / PFP

✦ Banner or profile picture (PFP) for personal display on social media or other platforms.

Thumbnails

✦ Online cover images for videos or content.

Schedules

✦ Used on social media to display events or streaming plans.

Promotional

1年商用權

✦ 一年的商業使用權，允許委託作品在一年內用於商業用途。(由作品交付日開始計算。)
一年後所有相關相品請全數盡快下架，不可再販售。（除舊有帖文，相關的宣傳內容也不可再發。）詳細請閱讀永久商用權的說明。

永久商用權

✦ 允許作品用於商業用途，不限制時間。購買畫作的商用權後，委託方可以在協議範圍內使用該作品，包括但不限於：- 實體商品銷售（如T恤、杯子、吊飾）、數位內容販售（如貼圖、桌布）、廣告宣傳、活動用宣傳品等。- 未經協商的重新分發、轉售版權、二次授權、用於違法或不道德用途。此外，只要雙方協商同意，畫師仍然可以保留販售作品的權利，例如製作限量印刷品或將作品收錄於畫集，前提是這不會與委託方的商業用途直接競爭。

保密協議

✦ 確保委託內容及作品不公開展示或宣傳。

商用買斷

✦ 專屬發佈權，僅委託人擁有作品的發佈和分發權，畫師保留版權。
即使在作品版權買斷的情況下，畫師仍然可以將作品作為個人創作的一部分，收錄到其個人作品集（Portfolio）中。這是業界常見的約定，因為作品集僅用於展示畫師的能力，並不涉及商業使用或再次銷售。如果委託方要求完全保密，則需提前協議並支付隱私費（NDA）。

收藏用

✦ 非商業或個人收藏用途。

✦ 用於社交媒體或其他平台的個人展示。
